Can I get a refund on a subscription or another good purchase at Metal Clay Artist Magazine?

We generally do not offer any refunds after 30 days following the date you purchased your subscription.  There may be special cases where we will issue partial refunds based on the merit of the request. We do offer to transfer subscription types, please contact us should you wish to transfer.  *Restrictions apply. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds on back issues (both digital and print) or for a good purchased. We will not resend another copy of a missing issue if we are not told that the copy is missing within 45 days of our mailout date. If you fail to notify us of a change of address prior to the mailing of the issue, we are neither responsible to provide you with an additional copy nor will we provide an additional copy.
